About
Yoga at Still Centre is for everyone.
The classes are designed for all, whatever your previous experience of yoga.My name is Simon Marshall. I have been practising yoga for over ten years, and am a certified yoga teacher. I hold a Level 3 qualification in Yoga Instruction from HFE, one of the UK’s leading fitness industry training providers.I am also deeply interested in the teachings and philosophy of yoga and how they help us to meet the challenges of daily life.
classes
We begin with a short time to quieten, focus and centre ourselves;
we then warm up the body to prepare for movement.
From there, we move into a longer series of yoga poses which include options for a variety of abilities.The class slows down with gentle poses and an opportunity to reflect on an aspect of yoga and life. We end the class in ‘Savasana’ - a comfortable resting pose.Classes are one hour in length.
